I came across a great little flashlight today, it’s under the brand Defiant from Home Depot. It’s both a flashlight and a work light with a magnetic base so it will let be hands free when working behind a rack and its hexagon ends will keep it in place when laid down on a table. And it has a hanger at one end so you can hang it up.
